  • Gooseneck Faucet

    A Regency 8" gooseneck faucet is included for excellent reach and clearance. The added height will provide sufficient space for comfortable hand washing.

  • Removable Drain Basket

    For proper drainage, a removable 1 1/2" IPS drain basket is included to eliminate the possibility of drain clogging. By regularly maintaining your drainage system, you will cut down on possible service and replacements costs.

P-Trap

This sink comes with a 13" chrome p-trap to prevent unpleasant sewage odors and gases from escaping your drain pipe. Its curved design traps water in the "U" shaped pipe, which then acts as a barrier against the odors and gases that would otherwise drift up and out into the air.

    Good and reliable sturdy hand sink. Very easy to install and the price point on the item is good. I was able to do the install myself with very little plumbing experience.
