    Being that this is a side load bun sheet pan rack. Its good sturdy and make catering trays easier to fit and more space just because it's the side put it. It's easier for me put it in a corner

    These are great! We use a modified version of these (without the wheels) for a mobile unit and they're perfect. Love the side load aspect, just wish they weren't so expensive!!
